now seeks to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified individual
to fill the positions of Finance & Administration Manager in our Store to be
based in Lusaka

Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities

> To plan, direct, and conducts Accounting, Administration and Human Resource management activities within the company by performing the duties, personally or through subordinates.
> To lead the financial and management accounting functions
> To manage the day to day banking functions and liaise with the relevant agencies.
> To manage taxation issues.
> To lead on completion of annual accounts.
> Manage the Human Resource Management function

Qualifications

> Bachelors’ degree plus a professional qualification in Accountancy
> Minimum of 3 years’ retail experience
> Experience in the following fields Receiving, Shop Operations, Customer Service, Human Resource Management and Store Administration is an added advantage
