QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LODGE MANAGER

> Full grade 12 certificate
> A minimum of a Diploma in Hotel management
> A degree will be an added advantage in any business-related field.
> Must be computer literate

WORK EXPERIENCE

> Minimum of 3 years at managerial level in a reputable organisation in the Hospitality industry is a MUST.
> Should be very familiar with the labour laws and the laws relating to the Hospitality industry.
> Must be very familiar with the marketing system in this industry.
> Must be very competent in organising the conferences /workshops and other related events.
> Must have excellent supervisory skills
> Must be very familiar with housekeeping rules and regulations

ATTRIBUTES

> Ability to work with minimum supervision
> Must be a game-changer.
> Must be a trainer of staff.
> Ability to work for long hours when required.
