Store Assistant

We are looking for a retail Store Assistant to help customers identify and
purchase products they desire.

Store Assistant duties include.

Responsibilities

> Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
> Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard
> Identify customers’ needs and wants
> Recommend and display items that match customer needs
> Welcome and greet customers
> Manage point-of-sale processes
> Keep up to date with product information
> Accurately describe product features and benefits
> Follow all store policies and procedures
> Keep the store clean and tidy; this includes mopping and hovering
> Weekly stock take of products

Requirements

> Proficiency in English
> Solid communication and interpersonal skills
> Customer service focus
> Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
> Basic administration skills
> Grade twelve school lever, certificate in marketing added advantage
> Must be able to handle online marketing on social platform
> 18- 26 years
