Job brief

You will be the contact point for the Repro Print Xpress department, you will
provide effective guidance and so your communication skills should be
excellent. You will be required to act proactively to ensure smooth operations
and effective collaboration. You will be responsible for supervising,
managing, and motivating team members daily and engage the team to achieve
goals.

Areas of specialization Design, Prepress, Printing, Marketing, Customer
service

> Sound knowledge of print procedures and colour matching systems
> Knowledge of computer systems
> Ensuring the achievement of production plan
> Directly coordinating with the senior management about factory efficiency
> Understanding client needs and briefing it to floor supervisors and revert to sales about the status
> Managing daily machine scheduling of all production
> Control on consumables, Labour cost, and wastage control
> Delivering quality products and ensuring the printed materials are to the highest standard
> Diploma in printing or a similar field is required

PRX Supervisor You will be responsible for the departmental targets with the
following responsibilities

> Plan and execute the company’s sales and business development
> Identify clients for potential sales
> Excellent designing skills, using photoshop, illustrator, adobe software
> Knowledge in both PC and MAC is an advantage
> Ability to work under pressure with schedules and work long hours if required
> Achieve sales in accordance with budgeted and agreed targets
> Execute the sales process including calls and visits to potential clients
> Completed certificate in Graphic Designing
> Coordinate with the technical team for costing inputs for preparation of quotes
> Close sales with clients in line with company pricing policy
> Follow up with clients to ensure client satisfaction and products and service quality
> Lead and drive the sales team in order to achieve sales target
> 5-7 year in commercial printing and design industry

Requirements

> Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.
> Proven work experience as a supervisor
> Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
> Excellent communication and leadership skills
> Organizational and time-management skills
> Decision-making skills
> Work experience in commercial printing and design industry
