Mwaneli Investments Limited is a Zambian registered company with the National
Council for Construction (NCC) and the Engineering Institute of Zambia(EIZ).

We now seek the services of a Site Agent to supervise our recently engaged
project.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

> Diploma holder in either Civil Engineering or Building Science/Quantity Surveyor
> Member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia holder of ERB 2020 Certificate
> Must have 5 years work experience in Construction works and 3 years supervising and working on Building Projects
> The role involves supervision and overseeing direction of project by reviewing progress and liasing with the Project Manager to monitor costs
> Ensuring that the clients specifications and requirements are meet
> Check and prepare reports
> Maintain quality control
