A Leading Provider of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and IT Services is
looking to hire an ERP Consultant with knowledge and experience working with
any of the following products Sage 300, Sage Evolution, Sage 300 People, Sage
VIP, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision, and Sage X3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installing and Setting up software
Upgrading client’s software
Training various user groups (end users, supper users, IT administrators)
Configuring products according to the client’s needs
Providing support for any technical/operational challenges a client may have
after software has been commissioned
Providing technical support to the sales team

SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Energetic, solution driven, determined
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to train end users
Troubleshooting problems and provide suitable solutions
Ability to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Diploma in Information Technology, Accounts, or related qualification
Sage Certification
Sage 300, Sage Evolution, Sage 300 People, Sage VIP, Microsoft
Dynamics/Navision, and Sage X3
