Zambia. If you are ambitious, hardworking and have experience in stock
management, we are looking for you to help us expand!

KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTPUT

> Responsible for making sure that stock requests are met and tracked
> Reconciling Head office and RDG shop stock transfers and ensuring correct stocks is transferred.
> Managing stock movements in the system, keeping stock records and providing reports for the warehouse.
> Producing and submitting daily stock count and variance reports.
> Ensuring that stock records are up to date and are accurate all the time.
> Ensuring that stock in the warehouse is properly stacked and clearly labelled.
> Conduct month-end stock counts
> Any other stock related duties and assignment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

> Grade 12 Certificate
> Certificate/Diploma in Logistic, Stores and stock management, or equivalent
> Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role

KEY ATTRIBUTES AND CHARACTERISTICS

> Must possess operations skills relevant to stock management
> Proficient in MS Excel and good communications skills.
> Ability to meet deadlines.
> Good time management
> Must be proactive with a strong personality.
