ZSIC Life Limited is one of Zambia’s leading provider of life assurance
products and services. It is wholly owned by the Government of the Republic of
Zambia through the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC).

ZSIC Life under the project it is carrying out seeks to employ MEMBER
REGISTRATION ASSISTANTS*> in the following towns

Lusaka, Chongwe, Kafue, Chilanga, Ndola, Kitwe, Mufulira, Luanshya, Chingola,
Chililabombwe, Mansa, Kawambwa, Chinsali, Mkushi, Nakonde, Kasama, Luwingu,
Mbala, Livingstone, Choma, Mazabuka, Monze, Chipata, Petauke, Lundazi, Katete,
Mongu, Kaoma, Senanga, Solwezi, Kabompo, Zambezi, Mwinilunga, Kabwe, Kapiri
Mposhi and Serenje.

Job purpose-

1. Conduct the employer registration process
2. Conduct the member registration process
3. Conduct beneficiary registration process for all registered members
4. Capture biometric and imagery features for registered members
5. Distribution of cards for registered members
6. Provide guidance and education on services on offer to members
7. Handle complaints and provide timely responses to ensure member satisfaction
8. Effectively communicate with members through various channels of communication
9. Effectively communicates and coordinates with colleagues and supervisors
10. Maintains records of member interactions, transactions, comments, compliments, and complaints

QUALIFICATION

1. Secondary Education

Full Grade 12 certificate or equivalent

2. Minimum Professional Qualification

Diploma in a relevant field, marketing of any business course added advantage

3. Minimum Relevant pre-job Experience

Minimum two years’ work experience in a sales related field

4. Other skills
1. Ability to communicate fluently in English and local languages
2. Computer literate
3. Good interpersonal relations
4. Able to generate basic reports
5. Must have a valid driver’s license

Terms of Contract*> 1 year renewable subject to performance

Remuneration*> Mixed (fixed plus commission)
