Introduction

CBM Zambia has been operating in Zambia since the late 1960s. In the recent
past, CBM established the Zambia Country Office in order to strengthen
delivery of its programmes. The Country office currently constitutes of 5
staff, and earmarked for growth. CBM International has generated generic Human
Resources, Finance and Admin Manuals that have been adapted into the local
laws and context.

Purpose of the Consultancy

CBM Zambia now wishes to engage an Individual or corporate consultant to
review and finalise the 3 manuals including obtaining the Ministry of Labour
attestation for the HR Procedure Hand book and revised staff Contracts.

Key Deliverables

Finalised domesticated HR Procedure Hand book, Finance Manual and Admin Manual

Time Frame

Ten (10) days for review and finalisation, whilst Ministry of Labour
attestation may remain open ended to December 30, 2021.

Applicant qualifications and requirements

> MBA
> Human Resources Management degree
> Basic Finance Qualification
> Member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources
> Registered logistician with Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport
> NGO Practitioner in Human Resource, Administration and Finance.
