entrepreneurs. Pioneers.
For nearly 150 years, Rio Tinto has been a company of pioneers – generations
of people spanning the globe, all with the grit and vision to produce
materials essential to human progress.

world’s first to be certified “responsible” – helps planes fly and makes cars
lighter. Our copper helps wind turbines power cities and our boron helps feed
the world and explore the universe. Our diamonds help us celebrate the best
parts of life.
Where you’ll be working

global support teams (eg. Human Resources, Finance & Compliance, HSE, Data &
Information Management, and Field Operational Support).
The key objective of RTX is to discover or acquire resources that create

one Tier 1 resource each year. This is achieved by applying appropriate
exploration techniques and processes, taking account of Health, Safety,
Environment, Community and Social Performance (HSEC), economic, commercial and
political factors. All work must reflect the core Rio Tinto values and code of
business conduct contained in ‘The way we work’.
