Invitation for submission of expression of interest for the supply and
delivery of various goods and services to Restless Development Zambia for 9
months period (from 1st January – 30th September, 2020).

Young people have the power to tackle the world’s biggest challenges. Since
2003 we have been working with young people in Zambia to ensure that their
voices are heard in the decisions that affect their lives, their bodies, their
health and wellbeing, their livelihoods and their communities. We support
young people to deliver training to increase financial literacy, provide
access to vital sexual and reproductive health information and increase access
to education.
Restless Development wishes to invite suppliers to submit expression of
interest for possible supply and delivery of the following goods and services
to our various offices listed as follows K abwe, Lusaka, Ndola, Kasama,
Chingola, Vubwi, Choma*> and Mazabuka*> offices respectively;

1\. General Office Supplies (Work stations, tables, chairs, blinds,
Kitchenware etc).

2\. Printing & designing (T-shirts, banners, Posters, etc).

3\. Photocopying and Binding (Manuals and booklets).

4\. Photocopier and / or Printer Maintenance Technician, We have the following
printers; Canon 2520 and Hp Laser jet pro.

5\. Accessories, Printer, Switches, Computer supplier and Maintenance.

6\. Supply of office & computer materials (Toner, cartridges, pens, staplers,
paper, XL-Files, business cards etc).

7\. Office Furniture and /Fitting.

8\. Office electrical supply and maintenance.

9\. Media/ News Paper Advert.

10\. Radio and Television Program production.

11\. Video/documentary production services.

12\. Motor vehicle Maintenance Garage in Lusaka and Kabwe to maintain the
following types of vehicles; Toyota Land Cruiser, Toyota Rav4, Toyota Prado
and Toyota Hilux.

13\. Travel agents (Both local and international flights).

14\. Venue for Meetings/Workshops/Conferences and staff accommodation in the
following districts; Lusaka, Kabwe, Kapiri Mposhi, Serenje, Mkushi, Ndola,
Chingola, Kasama, Mporokoso, Mbala, Mazubuka, Choma, Monze, Mumbwa and
Chipata. Training venues should be at least 3KM away from the Central Business
area. On average we train 15 – 90 participants at once and note that the venue
will be subjected to a risk assessment process.

5\. Include detailed quotation of the services you are offering
