ProLearn Technology has an immediate opening for a Screen Print Technician.
We need someone with experience in coating, exposing & burning screens for
screen printing is essential with screen printing experience an added bonus.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with ability to adapt to
different project requirements, a great communicator and flexibility to work
both individually and within a small team. This position requires a minimum of
1-year previous screen printing experience and superb attention to detail.

Primary Duties

> Planning Screen Print Mesh Needs for Upcoming Jobs
> Coating Screens for Printing
> Pre-Press Art Separations
> Screen Exposure & Preparation
> Registering Films in Pre-Press
> Communicating Between Customer Service and Production Staff
> Screen Reclamation as Needed
> Quality Control to Achieve High Standards for Production

Production Duties

> Mixing Inks
> Assisting Screen Print Staff
> Order setup & takedown
> Achieving Print Quality Standards
