# Job Description


CITIROOF MANUFACTRING LIMITED is Seeking an organized, efficient, and customer
service-oriented female sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and
handle the day to day operations of our company with a minimum of 5 years
experience in well-established mid to high end company. In this role, you will
play a key role in leading our sales team – with your experience in the field
of sales and marketing.

-->Handle computer / paperwork and other sales related administrative duties
-->Staff training, supervising, and developing of a strong sale team.
-->Create employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing of the company at all times
-->Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
-->Maintain stock levels and order supplies when necessary
-->Address customer inquiries and complaints
-->Overseeing and managing customer bases

Sales Manager Skills and Qualifications

-->A professional and pleasant dressing always
-->Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
-->Customer service-oriented attitude
-->Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and stay cool under pressure
-->Minimum of diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent is required.
-->5 years of experience working in a sales environment
-->Proven track record of providing excellent sales service
