# Job Description


N-FRASYS Zambia Limited is looking for two qualified Dispatch clerks to be
working at the National Breweries plant . Right-Fit candidate will have the
following knowledge, skills and attributes

d. Customer service and telephone communication skills

e. Work independently and within a team;

f. handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure
in a fast-paced environment

g. Professional work ethic and not afraid of hard work

Job Purpose

a. Assign motor vehicles and drivers for conveyance of merchandise and
passengers and compiles lists of available vehicles

b. Schedule and optimizes route plans in alignment with customer expectations
and internal KPIs

c. Prepare picking slips, delivery notes and Trip sheets for warehouse staff
and drivers for efficient loading and dispatch of the deliveries on time

d. Maintain constant communication with drivers, logistics and sales staff to
ensure customers delivery needs are addressed

e. Monitor the loading of trucks by warehouse staff and ensure the loads are
complete to customer’s satisfaction.

f. Monitor paperwork and shipment documentation for accuracy

g. Communicate all relevant information effectively to involved parties to
ensure proper execution

h. Handle internal and external customer concerns in a quick and courteous
manner, escalating matters based on priority

i. Develop relationships with all cross-sectional staff; utilize relationships
to influence others and gain willing cooperation

j. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

a. Certificate in clearing and forwarding or any related field

b. Grade 12 certificate.

c. More two years’ experience in same or related industry

d .Experience as a dispatcher with any company is added advantage

f. Able to work in a 24x7x365 days environment

g. Should have a driving license
