# Job Description


PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

At MBCC, the Commercial Manager To manage all Commercial Functions of all Mary
Begg sites and responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial
relationships.

KEY DUTIES

Reporting into the General Manager, this role will be responsible for

-->Manage and control all Supply chain
-->Manage all Contracts with Clients
-->Manage all Contracts with Suppliers
-->Manage all SLA’s with Service Providers
-->Maintain stock costing model and general ledger
-->Month end reporting and group deadlines
-->Analyse key transactional controls and improve all control processes
-->Ensure strong Stock Controls
-->Optimise all Procurement for Quality, Delivery and Price
-->Manage all Procurement Logistics
-->Ensure accuracy and completeness of all records
-->Manage appropriate archiving of records
-->Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis
-->Providing on the job training and guidance to all staff in domain
-->Budgetary control
-->Client relations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

-->University Degree in Supply chain Management or Business or similar preferred
-->10 years post-qualification experience
-->Must be a member of ZIPS
-->Excellent analysis skills
-->Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team
-->Commercial and business awareness
-->Good communication skills, both written and verbal
-->Deadline orientation and time-management skills
