Qualifications and Skill sets

> Diploma in Computers from a reputable institution *( Only Fresh Graduates, not more than two years from last Graduation)>
> Demonstrate baseline Computer kills for IT support.
> Configure device operating systems, including Windows,Linux, etc.
> A quick learner of installations and configurations of software solutions.
> Troubleshoot and problem solve core service and support challenges while applying best practices in change management.
> Support basic IT infrastructure and networking.
> Configure and support PC device hardware.
> Be able to trouble shoot and repair PC devices.
> Knowledgeable in Printers trouble shooting, configurations and installation
