A reputable Commercial Bank in Zambia is seeking to recruit self-motivated,
enthusiastic and innovative persons to fill the following position

BRANCH MANAGER

S/he will perform the following responsibilities

> Ensure effective / efficient implementation of bank-wide policies with respect to branch operations
> Supervise the administration of the vault through effective treasury management
> Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and authorize transactions within approval limits
> Supervise activities of operations staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers
> Ensure that the unit has adequate allocation of resources to enable it meet stated objectives

Qualification and Skills

· First degree in any business related discipline. Masters in Business
Administration or Banking & Finance and professional qualification will be an
added advantage

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bank/ financial institution with
experience in banking operations.

Other Skills/Competence Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Good knowledge and understanding of banking operations (domestic and
international)

· Excellent customer service capabilities

· Good Oral & Written communication

· Excellent administrative skills

· Good documentation and process management skills
