We are looking for a driven and self-motivated individual to work at our
boutique in Northmead, Lusaka.

Responsibilities

> Greeting and serving customers as they enter the store.
> Advising and assisting customers.
> Handling complaints and responding to queries in a timely manner
> Conducting customer transactions.*Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves.
> Assisting with store deliveries.*Displaying products at their best and keeping the shop floor clean and tidy

Requirements/Desired Attributes

> Minimum 1 experience in a similar role
> Ability to communicate clearly, deal with clients, and keep them happy.
> Technical skills for operating point of sales systems and stock checking systems.
> Customer service skills.
> Ability to work well alone and with others.
> Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
> Persuading and negotiating skills.*Ability to use your initiative.
