HR Manager.

JOB BRIEF

To oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

> Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
> Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances and disciplinary issues
> Manage the recruitment and selection process
> Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, of human capital
> Nurture a positive working environment
> Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
> Maintain pay plan and benefits and compensation programs
> Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
> Payroll management
> Contracts management
> Prepare monthly NAPSA returns and remit

JOB REQUIRMENTS

> Proven working experience as HR Manager or another HR role
> 4 and above years of experience as HR practitioner / Manager
> People oriented and results driven
> Demonstrable experience with managing a department in previous role(s)
> Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills
> Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
> In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
> Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or related field
> Must be member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management
