agricultural equipment, and we provide service and support to customers to
help maintain their land.
What’s more, RDO Equipment Africa also offers custom harvesting and
agricultural support services to help farming operations of all sizes thrive.

RDO Equipment Africa urgently invites applications from suitably qualified
candidates to fill in the Position of PARTS SALESMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Provide customers with prices and availability of requested items
> Promote Parts Sales
> Build Strong Customer relationships with quality support and prompt feedback
> Notify Parts Manager with Stock levels indicating available Stocks, out of stock and advise on timely replenishment of items
> Issue Credit Notes for parts returned in good condition and ensure items are returned within 30 days
> Follow-up and Supply customer back Orders.

Other Requirements

> In-depth understanding of Agriculture Equipment is a Must
> Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
> Good communication skills
> Enterprise Response Planning tool (ERP System) understanding will be an added advantage
> Mechanical knowledge will be an added advantage
> Able to adapt in a fast-growing business and be flexible to handle other activities in parts Section

Qualification

> Diploma or better in a Business Course – Purchasing and Supply, Business Administration, Store Management
> Grade 12
