SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Join our team today. We offer a Great Sales Representative position available
with one of Zambia’s leading trading solutions and education companies.

We are looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out
and engage customer prospects. This position offers exceptional training and
extensive practical training in our field gaining knowledge on the financial
markets. Offering a large room for growth with our international presence and
the opportunity to become a branch manager.

The position will include:

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to
boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Provide excellent customer service and work actively with our current sales
teams.

Responsibilities

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing
and prospective customers online and via Zoom Conferencing.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.


Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Manage and maintain admin procedures and personal diary.
Continuously improve through feedback.
Supply management with reports on customer needs results on sales and provide
extensive feedback on customer experience.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a sales representative.
Own, Laptop/Tablet, Smartphone with a decent internet connection.
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Must have a Grade 12 or equivalent.
Fluent in the English Language.

Remuneration and Benefits

OTE income with added commissions – Uncapped commissions. K5,500.00 to
R9,500.00 /month.
