Sales Manager needed for a fast paced, competitive environment in the
Agriculture Sector.

The ideal candidate will be have the following skill set:

> Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and the corresponding database
> Drive their team to achieve targets
> Keen organisation skills to lead a large team with various different key performance areas.
> Ability to provide technical advice to customers
> Source new customers by understanding the product and market, cold calling and perseverance
> Evidence of the above CRM development and success in driving and achieving targets

Requirements:

> A minimum of 3 years experience in Agriculture
> Valid driving license
> Grade 12 certificate
> Additional certification in relevant field is preferred
