About the organisation

Zambian Financial Sector Deepening Limited (FSD Zambia) is a Zarnbian
organisation working closely with key players throughout the economy to ensure
that all Zambians are financially healthy, particularly the most excluded and
underserved. We help rural families, women, youth, low-income people, and
other households in Zambia to understand and access a wide range Of
sustainable, comparable and affordable financial services. To expand financial
inclusion, we collaborate with both public and private sector institutions to
make financial markets work better. FSD Zambia enhances trust between clients
and suppliers of financial services by helping to bring people together,
cultivate understanding, stimulate innovation, and lower costs. In this way,
all women, men, girls and boys can learn about, choose, and use a wide range
of financial services that have the most positive impact on their lives. FSD
Zambia enjoys the active support of financing partners UK Aid, SIDA, Rural
Finance Expansion Programme (RUFEP) and Comic Relief/Jersey Overseas Aid.

Background

FSD Zambia believes there is no powerful way of promoting ourwork and
communicating our impact with our strategic audiences than through sharing
case studies of real people and stories using creative mediums such as short
video documentaries, vibrant imagery, motion graphics, animation and others.
The audience for these case studies comprises; donors, government, Financial
Service Providers, rural and low-income communities and the general public.
The overall objective of these case studies is to summarise FSD Zambia’s
activities at the community level and to document the impact on low-income
people and learnings for the ecosystem of Financial Service Providers (FSPs)
in Zambia. Hearing directly from the community beneficiaries themselves
through creative mediums effectively illustrates the impact of our projects on
individual lives of low-income women and men in Zambia.

The Assignment

FSD Zambia is inviting Expressions of Interests (EOIs) from eligible
firms/individuals with experience in providing the following services:
scripting, filming, editing, translating, animating and sound expertise to
promote FSD Zambia’s work and impact.

The EOIs should contain:

1\. A description of your understanding of the role of your firm as Service
Provider as outlined in this Expression of Interest;

2\. A summary of the firm’s experience in providing the related services to
similar types of donor-funded organisations with long-term time horizons
indicating:

> Sample of the product from the assignments
> Name of the client, including a contact name and phone number of a direct supervisor
> Numbers and levels of professional staff provided start date and completion date
> Location, size, and scope of the programme
> Challenges encountered and overcome
> The supervising officer from the hiring firm and contact details for FSD Zambia to use

3\. Names and CVs of lead consultant(s) including qualifications and relevant
experience in providing the kind of services required, and an outline of team
structure;

4\. A description of your creative process when handling such assignments
including how you fulfil the services, proposed timelines;

5\. A detailed daily rate card for the following:

> Preproduction (including concepting, storyboarding and research)
> Production (including director, sound engineer, drone + pilot etc.)

> Post-production (editing, scripting, file management etc.)
> Translation per page
> Motion graphics per day

Your EOI, which should not exceed ten (10) pages of A4 (font size 11),
excluding CVs, company brochures etc., should be sent by email to FSD Zambia
