Qualifications in Agriculture from NRDC OR any recognized university

> Not less than 3 years professional experience in a similar position
> Proficient and excellent understanding of filed such as
> Farming various crops
> Animal husbandry
> Poultry
> Fish farming
> Excellent problems – solving, analytical and critical thinking skill
> Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
> Willingness to work extra hours as required

Job responsibilities

> Understanding practical activities like feeding and /or preparing pasture for livestocks, fish and pig.
> Monitor animals’ health and welfare, including liaising and vets.
> Having knowledge of pests/diseases and understanding how they spread and as well as how to treat them
> Transformation the farm into a profitable venture
> Reasonable for keeping workers on task and ensuring alI activities are properly done.
