Sale for both Retail and Hospitality.

Terminals, Scanner and Scales)

Job Title Channel Support Executive

> Diploma or Degree in any Business related field
> Minimum work experience 2 – 3 years in a Call Centre Customer Support environment
> Must be of age between 20 – 25 years
> Technical know-how of basic Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
> Proficient in Typing using a Keyboard and mouse
> Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel added advantage
> Remuneration is based on a fixed pay ranging from ZMW3,000.00 – ZMW4,000.00
> Women are encouraged to apply

Duties

> Conducting on-site product usage training
> Answering and responding to customer queries via phone
> Troubleshooting software on desktop computers
> Running daily, weekly backups of software
> Monitoring and assessing product usage
> Offering helpdesk services to customers
> Demonstrating and presenting products – Point of Sale Software and Hardware
> Maintaining accurate records using data analysis in Microsoft Excel
> Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
> Reviewing sales performance
> Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
