Connectivity. The business is undergoing an exciting transformation from a
traditional Enterprise-facing ISP into a Cloud & Digital Service Provider and
as part of this process, inq. is looking for a suitably qualified media house
to partner with as a media agency for a contract period of 12 months.

Purpose of the Media Agency

The purpose of this partnership is to leverage on the experience of the media
agency as inq. pushes its new brand in the market. The main objective is to
promote brand awareness and positioning, promote customer acquisitions and
excellent customer experience as clients interact with the inq. brand. The
agency is expected to be a creative think-tank, well experienced and able to
advise best practice and disruptive, as well as innovative brand and product
campaigns that inq. can push in the market.

Scope of Work

The scope of work encompasses marketing activities that will be done on a day
to day basis and some on a monthly basis while others will be done as when
need arises. The media house will be responsible for the following activities

1\. Brand and Product Campaigns

a) Create concepts for the brand and product campaigns
b) Production of radio and video adverts

2\. Social Media Management

a) Daily management of the social media platforms
b) Develop creative and exciting graphics that go on social media

3\. Social Media Live streams

a) Conducting a monthly videography of live stream sessions
b) Introduce other creative media live streams activities

4\. Events Management

These will be done as and when inq. is hosting an event

5\. Other marketing

a) Photography and videography services as and when required
b) Content marketing (Blogging & Article writing)

Requirements

1\. Full company profile including all relevant regulatory or legal compliance
requirements documentation
2\. Share a proposal of how you can work with inq. to promote its brand. This
proposal should show the capabilities that the media house has to fulfil the
scope of works.
3\. Share a quotation that gives a price breakdown of each of the elements in
the scope of work.
4\. In the proposal, please share links to some of the social media pages that
you manage on behalf of your clients.
5\. Only organizations are eligible to apply not individuals.

Deadline for submission

This tender will be due on Wednesday, 13th May, 2021 and should be submitted
