INVITATION FOR BIDS

TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FURNITURE AND LABORATORY APPARATUS FOR THE
KAFUE BRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL (NOW RENAMED ESTHER LUNGU PRIMARY SCHOOL) IN KITWE

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds for eligible payments
towards the contract for supply and delivery of furniture and laboratory
apparatus as specified in the schedule of items in the bidding document.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and ask for the
copy of bidding document from the office of the National Procurement Officer
located at the following address; please request for the bidding document
using the following email address; Elastol.lungu@sos-zambia.org

Bids must be deposited in the TENDER BOX located at the address below. All
bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions to bidders
contained in the bidding document. All bids in sealed envelope shall clearly
be marked; Tender for Supply of furniture and laboratory apparatus to Kafue
Bridge Primary School.

The closing date for receipt of bids is on, Wednesday 19th May 2021 on or
before 1000hrs local time at which time the bids received will be opened in
absence of bidders due to covid-19 as part of preventive measure in place.

Late submissions shall not be accepted.
