FEED MILL SUPERVISORS

We are looking for 20 talented and experienced Feed Mill Supervisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Manufacturing of all aspects of the Feed Mill. This includes responsibility for the full operations of the Feed Mill.
> To administer corporate policies and procedures to all hourly Feed Mill employees. To ensure compliance with all regulatory areas including safety, Environmental, CGMP’S and Food Safety Plan.
> Receiving of quality ingredients (schedule, coordinate delivery and insure quality).
> Efficient and economical production of feed (responsible for daily feed production and production department
> Compliance of quality control standards. (Insure all procedures are communicated and followed by production employees.
> Responsible for complete compliance of department, division and corporate policies and procedures by all Feed Mill employees.
> Provide safety and job training and a safe work environment for all employees.
> Responsible for compliance of all required Safety, regulations and documentation of all inspections and logs.
> Monitor mill operating cost reports and explain variances. Manage ingredient rotation and inventory control

Requirements

> Minimum of Two years supervisory experience
> Degree in Agri Business, Business Administration or Operations Management major preferred
> Experience with feed mill operations is advantageous however, not mandatory
> Must be able to lead, supervise and develop employees
> Must have good computer skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel must also be able to learn and use Repete and SAP systems.
> Must be committed to quality, efficiency and high performance
> Must be able to work variable shifts

METAL FABRICATORS

We are looking for 20 a talented We are looking for a talented metal
fabricator to build high-quality metal components for our clients. As a metal
fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering
blueprints, fabricating metal components or structures, and performing quality
checks on finished products. You may also be required to set up fabricating
machines and design custom templates.

To ensure success as a metal fabricator, you should have advanced knowledge of
industrial metalwork, a good eye for detail, and excellent mathematical
skills. Ultimately, a top-class metal fabricator expertly constructs high-
quality products to exact specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.
> Constructing base templates if necessary.
> Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines.
> Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears.
> Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work.
> Fabricating and constructing metal components.
> Grinding and finishing completed products.
> Performing quality checks on completed products.
> Conforming with state and company safety regulations.
> Completing job reports.

REQU*> IREMENTS

> Minimum of certificate in mechanical engineering.
> Previous work experience as a metal fabricator.
> AWS certification and advanced welding experience.
> Advanced knowledge of engineering design and manufacturing procedures.
> Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
> Proficiency with metal fabrication tools including shears, rollers, flame cutters, and drill presses.
> Advanced mathematical and engineering skills.
> Ability to lift and manipulate large metal objects.
> Ability to stand for long periods.

3 ENGLISH-CHINESE INTERPRETER

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Assist with communication between English- and Chinese-speaking people.

REQUIREMENTS

> Fluent in both English and Chinese
> Degree in linguistics, interpretation, Chinese, or a relative subject will be an added advantage.
