### The Role

The role is based in Lusaka, Zambia

The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of ‘Her Future Her Choice’
sexual and reproductive health rights project planning and implementation,
Monitoring and Evaluation, budget management in liaison with partners and
Oxfam internal staff. Her Future Her choice project is funded by the Global
Affairs of Canada (GAC) and managed by Oxfam Canada.

This is a two year fixed term contract with a possibility of extension subject
to donor funding.

The person is needed in the role on 1 July 2021*> .

> Ability to build a people’s movement around the program theme and inspire followership
> Able to handle stress, leading by example and, thus, produce results, meet deadlines and make others to meet their deadlines
> Strategic management skills, supporting and mentoring the partner team in their professional and personal growth within an intercultural setting
> Experienced in proposal and report writing
