REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

CONSULTANT TO CONDUCT AN END OF PROJECT EVALUATION

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds under the EU project to be
used towards finance for hire of consultant to conduct an end of project
evaluation.

Instructions

Eligible and experienced registered consultants from the general public are
now invited to participate in this solicitation by following the instructions
below;

1) Download the ToR [ HERE*> ](https//soscv-

contains all relevant requirements
2) The closing date and time of submitting your quotation shall be Friday 21st
May 2021 on or before 1200pm
3) Your proposal with supporting documents in a sealed envelope should be
deposited in the tender box situated at the following address;

No electronic submission will be accepted

4) Proposals shall be opened immediately after closing time by SOS team,
however no public attendance of bidders shall be allowed due to COVID-19.
5) The results shall be circulated via emails to all bidders that shall
participate.
6) Proposals that shall be submitted to a wrong address will not be attended
to.
7) All clarification before closing date should be addressed to the following
team;

be given in the shortest possible time before the closing date.
