Our Client, an Insurance Broking company in Lusaka is looking for a highly
motivated and inspirational individual to immediately fill the position of
General Manager.

Summary

The individual shall possess an in-depth knowledge of the insurance market in
order to identify and develop marketing strategies that can penetrate the
market; and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Knowledge

> Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry
> Ability to negotiate for best deals with principals

> Strong entrepreneurial flair to drive sales and grow the business

Qualifications and E xperience

> Degree in a suitable commercial discipline from a reputable university /OR
> Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII)
> Minimum of 7 years experience at management level
> Must have proven sales and marketing experience as an Insurance broker OR Insurer
> Must be a fully paid up member of the Chartered Insurance Institute/Insurance Institute of Zambia
