INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF SEALED BIDS FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION – PROJECT
HOPE FOUNDATION INC. ZAMBIA COUNTRY OFFICE.

PROJECT HOPE is a non-profit global health organization established dedicated
to providing long-lasting solutions to health problems and improving the
quality of life for the world’s most vulnerable people. To ensure quality
services are provided to children in a systematic, coordinated professional
manner, Project HOPE wishes to invite suppliers of various goods and services
to submit sealed bids for registration of suppliers for the Project HOPE
Zambia country office. Below are different categories under- which bids can be
submitted

1\. Media and Communications*> (specifics to be provided in the Expression
of Interest documents)

> Graphic Design Designing and conceptualizing creative materials for Banners, logos, animation, Billboards, typography and print materials.
> Video Production Camera handling and editing of footage.
> Audio Production Handling recorders and editing footage.
> Print Materials Designing and editing printed materials and arranging the layout.

2\. Branding

> Designing and production of branded T-Shirts, Caps, Bags, Pens, Shoes, Books, Tier Drops, Banners, Fishing Jackets and other related branding materials, Pop Ups.

3\. Printing Services

> Printing of booklets, leaflets, brochures, Flyers, Calendars, Diaries.

4\. Courier Services

5\. Air Travel

6\. Fumigating Services

7\. Repairs and maintenance of the office premises*>

> Plumbing, electrical, building, painting, air conditioner and carpentry.

8\. IT Supplies

> The computer should have the minimum specifications as tabulated below.

Details to be provided in the Expression of Interest documents.

9\. Provision of Accommodation & Conference Facility in Lusaka, Chipata,
Petauke, Chilanga, Kafue and Chongwe

10\. Motor Vehicle Services

> Taxi Hire – Registered and Comprehensively insured.
> Bus Hire – Spacious bus and in good condition 14 seater, 26 – 30 seater and 65 seater.
> Car Hire – Sedans and 4 x 4 indicate clear descriptions.
> Truck Hire – 2 Tonne Truck containerised/flat, 4 Tonne Truck containerised & 7 Tonne Truck containerised

11\. Supply of Stationery

12\. IT Repair Services and Internet connection

13\. Hardware Supplies*>

> Electrical
> Plumbing
> Paint
> Refrigeration
> Carpentry

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Company profile with copy of Certificate of Incorporation
Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate
Physical and official email address
Active Telephone/cell phone numbers
Provide 3 business client Referees
For quantifiable categories kindly include the current prices
Valid Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA)

> In responding to the Expression of Interest kindly contact Mr. Musonda J. Chileshe on cmusonda@projecthope.org*> . He will be able to guide you.
> Clearly specify the category which you are applying for in a sealed bid envelope. (No General Suppliers).
> Project HOPE limits applications to a maximum number of two categories per company.
> Closing date for asking questions and clarifications will be 28th June 2021.
> Expression of Interest closing will be on 1st July 2021 by 1700 hours.
