Covering Your Risks Beyond

> Design and implement various policies and procedures for claims.
> Maintain accurate statistical records on paid and outstanding claims and all treaty business.
> Process all classes of claims in an efficient and timely manner to achieve prompt resolution and settlement by working closely with insurers and loss adjusters.
> Updating of claim reserves and reviewing files regularly.
> Maintaining company records on claims and providing updates to Management on a weekly basis.
> Liaising with colleagues in identifying improvements in internal and external claims procedures and maintaining current knowledge with regard to industry compliance and claims regulation.
> Maintaining relationships with the insurance companies, reinsurers and brokers both domestic and international
> Preparing all reports pertaining to claims both outstanding and paid on a weekly and monthly basis.
> Evaluate all new claims and administer all data integrity data and manage communication to other departments.
> Provide training to juniors to manage all outstanding claims and design an efficient duty program.
> Analyze all claims to ensure optimal quality and prepare reports and monitor all chargeback expenses and provide report to all clients and management.
> Analyze all claims and identify all risks and ensure processing of all claims as per company policy.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

Minimum Educational Qualification

> Bachelor’s degree in Insurance or business related field

Minimum Professional Qualifications

> National Diploma in Insurance Studies (NDIS)
> Progress in Chartered Insurance Institute Exams (CII) – Dip CII
