VACANCY

Inflight catering is the main activity of Newrest Lusaka unit with a well-
balance portfolio of long-haul, short-haul and VIP flights. The unit also
provides catering services to Airport Lounges and schools.

The unit currently supplies more than 1’500 meals a day for 7 main clients.

Newrest Lusaka unit respects rigorously the safety and hygiene procedures with
HACCP’s process and is Halal certified.

Graduate Trainees

We are inviting applications from young ambitious and highly motivated
graduates to undergo an intensive graduate leadership programme.

Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
Bachelor of Science in Production Management or any science-related degree
Excellent communication and team skills
Ability to grasp concepts quickly
Highly adaptable
