Key responsibilities
> Staff oversight
> CRM system management
> Point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
> Meeting, greeting, and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
> Managing petty cash and banking
> Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
> Scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing documents for meetings
> Finding ways to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications
> Grade 12 certificate
> Diploma or Degree holder
> At least 2 years work experience
> Microsoft Office proficiency
> Valid drivers’ license
> Marketing experience is an added advantage.
