The key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to the
following

> Ensures that all cash and bank transactions are accurately recorded in the books of accounts in accordance with the highest financial management principles and gives support to the Service Center Accountant;
> Reconciles sales per daily sales reports submitted by Sales team;
> Reconciles all credits on the bank statement;
> Reconciles debts from bank statements;
> Records petty cash transactions and manages the petty cash process from disbursement to retirement.;
> Delivers first time right service excellence;
> Handles all escalated queries from customers;
> Extracts data from the system in response to queries received for information.

Candidate Requirements

> Grade 12 certificate with 5 credit or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
> Tertiary accounting qualification ZICA/AAT/CIMA/ACCA/BAcc;
> Tertiary accounting qualification ZICA/AAT/CIMA/ACCA/BAcc;
> At least one (1) year practical working experience in finance environment in a multinational organisation;
> Experience in financial analysis and working with enterprise financial system;
> Experience in telecommunications industry is desirable.
