Legacy Hilltop Africa is looking for skilled waiters/Waitresses. The
candidates should have patience and personality to offer excellent service to
ensure Guest satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

> Take accurate food orders on the Point of Sale machine
> Must be able to interact and communicate with the guests.
> Serve food and Beverage to the Guests as per the course order
> Maintain proper dining experience
> Understanding and communicating products and services available at the Lodge
> Print the closing report and close the shift on the POS terminal
> Attend to Guests in the Conference rooms in a professional manner
> Follow all the relevant health regulations

REQUIREMENTS

> Grade 12 certificate
> Certificate in General Hospitality or similar field
> Proven work experience as a Waiter/waitress
> Hands-on experience with the Point of Sale system
> Good communication skills
> Flexibility to work in shifts
