MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

> Full Grade 12 Certificate
> Tertiary/Diploma in Sales and Marketing or any Business related course with atleast two (2) years of relevant work experience in an IT sales environment will be an added advantage.
> Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
> Ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
> Able to work with minimum supervision.
> Should be under 35 years old

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

> Selling IT products especially batteries and laptops in store.
> Sometimes could be sent either for deliveries or other administrative needs around the city.
> Fully understanding customer’s needs and requirements and providing them with timely responses and solutions.
> Providing advice about the advantages of particular software, services, equipment or products.
> Persuading potential customers to purchase products, leading price negotiations and achieving set sales targets ensuring sustained business growth and profitability.
> Advising customers of updates and new technologies.
> Being familiar with competitors’ activities and products.
