Road Shopper Logistics is a company was established in November 2019 and is
located in Lusaka, Zambia. The company transports a variety of cargo
(dedicated & corporate) and goods between Zambia and around the SADC Region.
This dynamic organization is looking for a General Administrator with main
functions but not limited to-

> Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization coordinating the movement of cargo within the region.
> Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business inline with overall company objectives.
> Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports, to meet set targets.
> Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
> Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives, liaising with different transporters and suppliers.
> Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers.
> Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
> Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
> Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees.

> Report key results to corporate officers.
> Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.

Qualifications for this position are -

> Minimum degree in any business related field.
> Experience in Road Freight and Logistics of not less than 3years.
> Experience at Mid Management level.
> Clean drivers License.
