Southern African Institute of
Aviation, Science and Technology

Responsible for all marketing strategies and activities within the institute
and overseeing enrollment marketing strategies. She/he will be working under
close supervision with other institute officers to set the overall direction
and objectives for program and service offerings.

Job Duties

1. Research and analyses market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies
2. Uses research findings and analysis to provide direction to Admissions marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new programs and overall strategy
3. Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities
4. Approves all marketing campaigns and plans before they are implemented
5. Weighs in on important decisions involving product advertising, packaging, media channels, and branding
6. Works with other institute officers to establish budgets and marketing objectives
7. Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
8. Adheres to and implements all institute policies and procedures
9. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
10. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)

Skills and Qualifications

Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field, Extensive,
Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth
Research and Analysis, Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication,
Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation,
Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture
Thinking
