Supply and Delivery of Video documentary and online messages

Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance
for the supply and delivery of above named item/service.

Instructions

Eligible and experienced vendors or service providers are now invited to
participate in this solicitation by following the instructions below;

1) You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements;

a. Submit business registration certificate
b. Submit valid tax clearance certificate
c. Accept payment after delivery of goods/services
d. Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 26 days from contract
award date.
e. Submit a brief technical proposal on how you intend to do the work in line
with the ToR accessible by [ CLICKING-HERE ](https//soscv-

sample works done either in CD copy or an online link which shows you did the
work yourself.
f. Submit priced quotation using the activity based costing (refer to item 7
in the ToR)

2) The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotation shall be
Thursday 16th July 2020 on or before 1200hrs
3) Your quotations should be addressed to the National Procurement Officer,
SOS Zambia, PHI, Lusaka Office and must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked
“provision of documentary and online messages to SOS Children’s Villages
Zambia”.
4) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or
corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this
transaction.
