Supply and Delivery of Rechargeable Solar Study Lamps

Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance
for the supply and delivery of above named item.

Instructions

You are now invited to participate in this solicitation by following the
instructions below;

1) You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements below;

a. Submit business registration certificate
b. Submit valid tax clearance certificate
c. Accept payment after delivery of goods/services
d. Show proof of having supplied similar items elsewhere. Names and contact
details of references are required or copies of previous order / contract may
be required as proof.
e. Submit clear picture in color of your proposed lamp that complies with the

f. Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 14 days from contract

2) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or
corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this
transaction.
3) The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotation shall be
