EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

> Full Grade 12 Certificate
> Diploma in Credit Management
> Degree in Accountancy
> Excellent computer skills (Opera, Windows, and Excel)
> Excellent Pastel Evolution Skill
> Must posses a Clean Drivers License

RESPONSIBILITIES

> Determines vetting and acceptance procedures for customers to ensure the reduction of risk of bad debts.
> Reconciles, checks, and prints customer statements for delivery based on agreed payment cycles.
> Prepares, analyses, and prints weekly debtors’ age analysis and contacts non-paying customers for collection.
> Ensures a continuous cycle of review for improvement.
> Monitors debtors’ accounts and follows up on queries to resolution
> Pervious Credit control experience at least 3 years

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / CAPABILITIES

> Good organization and communication skills
> Very pleasant personality
> Ability to work under pressure
