CALL FOR PROPOSALS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE PROVISON OF STAFF MEDICAL SCEHEME.

Living Water International (LWI) is a global non-governmental organisation
that exists to demonstrate the love of God by helping communities acquire
desperately needed clean water, and experience “living water” (the gospel of
Jesus Christ) which alone satisfies the deepest thirst. Living Water in Africa
is providing safe drinking water, Christian Witness, Sanitation and Hygiene
Education to communities across Africa.

LWI seeks for a service provider who shall provide a comprehensive medical
scheme for its staff and their beneficiaries.

(a) Expected Deliverables 24/7 medical access for all staff and their
regiserted benefiriciares;
(b) Provison of user statemnets;
(c) Classification of varous medical providers;
(d) Dental and optical cover;
(e) Competency Requirement

> Legally registered organization, with requisite experience and background.
> Minimum 5 years of experience in medical schemes

APPLICATION PROCESS

All interested/qualified companies or vendors are requested to submit
proposals and quotations before July 30th, 2020 @ 1430 by mail to the

the company background, business registration, valid tax clearance
certificate, evidence of operations in Zambia by indicating the kind of
services provided to other local companies and international NGOs.
