ceramic industry in the world. KEDA would like to recruit 1 x Heavy Equipment
Repair Technician for its new operations in the Lusaka Multi-Facility Economic
Zone (LMFEZ).

LOCATION Lusaka

REPORT TO Site Engineer

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY

Candidate should be able to repair and service machinery with expert care.

Main Accountability

> Inspecting trucks, cranes, bulldozers and other heavy equipment for proper performance.
> Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts.
> Recommend and Repairing damaged equipment parts.
> Diagnose faults
> Cleaning, lubricating, and conducting routine services on heavy-duty vehicles and machinery.
> Reporting damaged or faulty equipment to management.
> Performing major repair work when necessary.

Required Qualifications

> Full Grade 12 certificate
> Advanced Certificate Heavy Equipment Repair Technician.
> Proven work experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
> Must be physically fit
> Must have knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
> Ability to work after-hours if required.
