Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance
for the supply and delivery of above named item.

Instructions

You are now invited to participate in this solicitation by following the
instructions below;

1) You are required to comply with below eligibility requirements;

a. Submit business registration certificate
b. Submit valid tax clearance certificate
c. Accept payment after delivery of goods/services
d. Indicate your delivery period but should not exceed 5 days from contract
award date.
2) The closing date and time of submitting fully costed quotation shall be
Thursday 16th July 2020 on or before 1200hrs
3) Your quotations should be addressed to the National Procurement Officer,
SOS Zambia, PHI Office, Lusaka and must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked
“supply of text books to SOS Kitwe”.
4) The quotations shall be rejected or contract terminated if any illegal or
corrupt practices will be observed having taken place in connection with this
transaction.
