Supervisor/Manager the incumbent shall be responsible for but not limited to
the following

> The supervision and production planning of the factory
> Ensuring that quality of raw materials and finished goods is in excellent condition
> Negotiating with suppliers for raw materials within the budget
> Maintenance of high hygiene levels in the factory and among workers
> Scheduling of essential product test, maintenance and pest control programs
> Monitoring stock levels of raw materials as well as finished products and making arrangements for replenishing
> Assisting in trainings at outside workshops and seminars.
