Job Alert- Payroll Administrator (Lusaka Zambia)

Fortune Foods is accepting applications from suitably qualified persons, The
incumbent will be responsible for;

a) Preparation and processing of the monthly payroll for all employees on the
SAGE payroll system for Fortune Foods (this includes the the entire cycle of
payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leave, terminations,
redundancies, absenteeism, overtime, incentives and commissions.

B) Prepare Payroll report and bank files and send them to the Finance Manager.

c). Review and ensure accuracy of approved advances, travel and overtime.

Job Requirements

Full grade twelve certificate
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounts or Business Administration.
Pro-efficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage Payroll System.
