Lusaka, Zambia.

Duties and Responsibilities

> Supervises the Faculty Recruitment, Selection and Appraisals Process
> Ensures the implementation of UU Zambia Academic Regulations, and advises faculty and students accordingly
> Responsible for the monitoring of faculty, supervision of data collection and reporting on the quality of instruction and other academic parameters
> Oversees the scheduling of classes, maintenance of accurate academic records and ensures the timely preparation of reports related to academic activities and processes of UU Zambia
> Teaching online subjects in the area of specialisation
> Supervises students’ dissertation theses in the area of specialisation

Required Skills

> A doctoral degree in a relevant field is mandatory
> Excellent command of the English language is essential
> Previous experience in Academic Administration, preferably in a high educational setting is indicated
