Job Purpose*>
Ensure that Finance functions are adequately carried out effectively to time
putting into cognizance client’s satisfaction and increased stake-holders
value.

Responsibility of Job

> Accounting Management Familiarity with National accounting policies and regulations of Zambia.
> Tax Administration
> Revenue and Cost Management
> Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information.
> Predicting future financial trends.
> Reporting to Management and stakeholders and providing advise the company and future business might be impacted.
> Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables and account receivables, expenses
> Reviewing Monitoring and Managing Budgets
> Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risks

Requirements

> Full CIMA /ACCA/ ZICA/CA Bachelor of Accounts with Minimum 5years work experience in Financial Management with at least 3 Years in a senior position.
> Valid Professional Membership is a must.
> Strong computer skills including Quick Books, Excel and MS Word.
> Integrity and Diligent
> Negotiation Skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
> Ability to stick to time Constraints
> Commercial and Business Awareness
> Excellent Communication, Financial ethics and Presentation Skills
> Analytical Approach to work and Problem solving skills
> High Numeracy and Sound Technical Skills
> Time management skills
> Strong attention to detail and investigative nature.
> High implementation capability
> Proficient in using Financial Office Software
